Which receivers work with cardsharing?

If your box runs an Enigma2 image and supports CCcam or OScam, it works. Here's a rundown of the common receivers and where to find setup steps for yours.

The short answer: if your receiver runs an Enigma2 image and supports CCcam or OScam, it works with us. That covers most modern satellite and cable boxes. If you’re unsure about a specific model, run it through the receiver compatibility checker.

The common boxes

Zgemma - popular, affordable, and well supported. Widely used H-series and I-series models handle CCcam and OScam without trouble. Setup steps: Zgemma guide.

VU+ - Solo, Duo, Uno, Zero, Ultimo and the rest run Enigma2 and work cleanly. Setup steps: VU+ guide.

Dreambox - the original Enigma2 boxes. Newer models run DreamOS, which changes a few paths and commands. Setup steps: Dreambox / DreamOS guide.

Other Enigma2 boxes - Octagon, Gigablue, Formuler, and many others follow the same pattern: install the softcam, add your line, restart. The CCcam quickstart applies to almost any of them.

What actually matters

It’s not really the brand - it’s three things:

  1. An Enigma2 image. OpenATV, OpenPLI, and similar all work. Custom or locked-down firmware sometimes doesn’t let you install a softcam.
  2. CCcam or OScam support. Nearly every Enigma2 image includes CCcam; OScam is usually a package away.
  3. A working outbound connection on the port your line uses.
