Terms of Service

The plain-language rules for using cccam.io.

1. Using the service

By using cccam.io you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. What we offer

cccam.io provides access to CCcam and OScam servers. You pay for a number of days and we send your login details by email.

3. Lawful and personal use

Access is for your own personal use, to test and study how the CCcam and OScam emulators work. You are solely responsible for following the laws of the country where you use the service, including any rules on receiving or decrypting broadcast content. You must not use the service to access channels or content you are not legally entitled to. Where such use is not lawful in your location, it is not permitted.

4. Acceptable use

One line is for one home. Sharing your login with many people, reselling it without an account, or any other misuse will result in your line being blocked.

5. Your account

Keep your login details private. You are responsible for activity on your line. Tell us straight away if you think your credentials have been exposed.

6. Payment and refunds

Payments are handled by our payment provider. We can refund within 24 hours of purchase if you have not used the line yet.

7. Availability

The service is provided as is and as available. We do our best to keep it running but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, that any specific channel will work, or that it will fit a particular purpose. We may change or pause features at any time.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for your current line.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or misuse the service. You can stop using the service at any time.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws that apply at the operator's place of establishment. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.

11. Changes and contact
