Will this work on my receiver? +
If your receiver reads CCcam or OScam, yes. That covers Dreambox, VU+, Octagon, Zgemma, MAG, and almost every Enigma2 box. We send simple step-by-step instructions with your login email.
How long is the free trial? +
48 hours. No card. No account. Enter your email, we send the login details in about a minute. If you like it, you buy. If not, the trial just ends — nothing happens.
How do I pay? +
Card, PayPal, or crypto (Bitcoin, USDT and others). The payment goes through a service called sell.app. We don't keep your card details. You don't need to make an account.
Will my channels freeze? +
No. Every line we sell comes with two servers — a main one and a backup. If the main one slows down or has a problem, your receiver uses the backup automatically. You won't notice anything during the match.
What happens when my time runs out? +
It just stops. We don't charge your card. We don't auto-renew. If you want to keep watching, you come back and buy again.
Can I share my line with my brother? +
One line is for one home. The system notices if a line is used from many different places and blocks it. If your brother wants it too, buy a second line — they're cheap.
Can I get a refund? +
Yes, if you didn't use the line yet and you ask within 24 hours of buying. After that, we can't refund.
What if my line stops working? +
Write to support@cccam.io. We answer within a few hours, usually faster. If the problem is on our side, you'll see it on the status page before you even ask.
Do I need to install anything on my computer? +
No. Everything runs on your TV receiver. You just type the login details into the receiver one time.
